Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HomeFax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

HomeFax provides property tax analysis and appeal services. We analyze your property tax assessment, identify potential savings, and file appeals on your behalf with local taxing authorities.

Fees

HomeFax charges a contingency fee of 25% of your actual first-year property tax savings. If your appeal does not result in savings, you owe nothing. There are no upfront costs, enrollment fees, or hidden charges.

No Guarantee of Results

While we have a high success rate, we cannot guarantee that every appeal will result in a reduction. Property tax assessments are determined by local authorities and are subject to their discretion.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property. You authorize HomeFax and its representatives to act on your behalf in property tax matters.

Limitation of Liability

HomeFax's liability is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. If an appeal is already in progress, our contingency fee will still apply to any savings achieved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
